Thank you for supporting Innovate Tech X. Many of our merchandise products are produced on demand specifically for each order. Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the item and the defect, damage, or incorrect product.

Returns

Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect products only. Please contact Innovate Tech X before attempting to return an item. Do not send merchandise to an address without receiving return instructions from us first.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for correctly fulfilled products, including requests related to size, color, or buyer preference. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping

Customers will not be charged return shipping for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled products when a physical return is required. We will provide instructions for approved returns.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Made-to-Order Products

Because our merchandise is produced on demand, correctly fulfilled products generally cannot be returned or refunded because of buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind.
